CANCELLATION & RETURNS
To serve you better, eCosmetics.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Wrong shade? Not right for your hair? We understand things happen, which is why eCosmetics is dedicated to making the return process simple for you. If you’re not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just return the product to us for a full refund or exchange. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.
- Products must be returned in new or gently used condition within 60 days of purchase.
- All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
- Lost your receipt? No problem! We are able to locate purchases made using your ecosmetics.com account.
- eCosmetics monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit all returns or exchanges.
Returns by Mail
- Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and eCosmetics packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Print the Prepaid Return Label from ecosmetics.com/returnlabel making sure your name and order number are clearly visible on the label and mail your return via United States Postal Service.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It can take up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or issue an online store credit. Your return status can be checked here and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
