It can take up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or issue an online store credit. Your return status can be checked here and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia (D.C.) and all U.S. territories. Our standard shipping method is via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and it’s FREE for all orders $49 and over. For orders under $49, we offer flat rate shipping for $5.95.
