To serve you better, eCosmetics.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

Wrong shade? Not right for your hair? We understand things happen, which is why eCosmetics is dedicated to making the return process simple for you. If you’re not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just return the product to us for a full refund or exchange. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.

It can take up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or issue an online store credit. Your return status can be checked here and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
