Description
K18's Professional Molecular Repair Hair Mask is the second step to K18's two-step in-salon service, following the Professional Molecular Repair Hair Mist, and works as a stand-alone treatment. This leave-in mask works with all hair types and should be used before any chemical treatment, hair coloring, or even heat styling, as well as before and after toning, to keep locks strong and damage-free.
K18 products use the K18Peptide™ to penetrate each strand and repair broken polypeptide (keratin) chains for soft, smooth, bouncy manes. This lightweight mask restores strength and elasticity to a client's preexisting damage, and it doesn't wash away.

- shampoo (do not condition)
- towel dry thoroughly
- section hair
- evenly work add one pump (more as needed, one pump at a time) of the mask from ends to roots
- let sit for four minutes (do not rinse)

- if cutting, you may start right away
- if toning, apply toner over K18 Mask. Allow it to process, then rinse/shampoo the toner and towel-dry thoroughly. Reapply the mask as instructed above and style.
- Don’t increase your bleach volume or alter your typical color formula
- Don’t rinse it out
- Don’t use conditioner before applying K18 Mask
- Add a leave-in conditioner after the 4 minutes if hair feels like it needs moisture
- Use a heat protectant if heat styling hair
