Benefit Cosmetics' Precisely, My Brow Eyebrow Pencil is an ultra-fine eyebrow-defining pencil. It comes in a waterproof formula that lasts up to 12 hours.
Fill the brows with small, hair-like strokes of color, then soften and blend the color out with the built-in spoolie brush. Once dry, the color sets for a natural and smudge-proof look.

- Hold the pencil along the custom control grip.
- To shape brows, use longer, horizontal strokes along the base of your brow.
- Fill by drawing short, upward strokes in the direction of your natural hair growth.
