Sabrina Carpenter was born on May 11, 1999, in Quakertown, PA. She was raised by creative and musical parents, Elizabeth, her mother, had a background in dance, and her father, David, was a former garage band musician who built Sabrina her first recording studio. She continued acting while building her recording career with roles in films like Adventures in Babysitting (2016), The Hate U Give (2018), Tall Girl (2019), Work It (2020) and Emergency (2022). Her stage credits include playing Cady Heron in the Broadway adaption of Mean Girls in 2020.
