Dior’s BEST Long-Lasting Lipstick

Dior’s BEST Long-Lasting Lipstick

Color That Never Transfers, Settles, or Fades

I’ve always loved a bright, bold red lip look, but getting lipstick to look perfect with such an unforgiving color can be tricky. Sometimes it smudges too much, dries out the lips, feathers outside the lip lines, or just isn’t the right shade of red. Luckily, it’s a problem I don’t have to face anymore.

Christian Dior’s Rouge Dior Forever Liquid Transfer Proof Lipstick floods the lips with ultra-pigmented matte color in a single swipe, and it doesn’t feather, bleed, smudge, settle or fade. It stays in place for up to 12 hours without transferring, even after eating and drinking.

I love how lightweight and comfortable this lipstick is; it feels like it’s not there, and it doesn’t look heavy, either. The petal-shaped applicator perfectly defines the lips with its curved tip that easily holds and deposits the color.

Although this lipstick is a liquid matte, it’s flexible, supple, and doesn’t dry out the lips. It has an incredibly comfortable feeling that’s creamy and smooth, and it glides on without ever feeling sticky or tacky.

When it comes to color, I had to go with the iconic 999 Forever Dior, which is a gorgeous and flattering perfect red shade Dior is known for. It creates this wonderful velvety look that’s perfect just for day-to-day wear, but especially when taking photos and videos.

To test this formula, I wore it for several hours, went about my day, and even ate some greasy food. It was only after several hours of wear that I noticed anything that needed to be touched up, and they were small touch-ups at that. The staying power is truly incredible.

Speaking of touch-ups, another reason this lipstick is amazing is that I can throw the tube in my purse or bag for the day, and it doesn’t get dinged or dirty, plus it doesn’t open and harm anything in my bag, either.

There are a couple of tips I have when it comes to applying this color.

While you can apply it in a single swipe, you can also smudge this lipstick while it’s wet for a more stained lip look, and that helps with the staying power even more. Also, it’s important to let this lipstick dry after you apply it; it will stay wet for a little while. But, once it’s dry, you won’t leave lipstick marks on cups, clothes, or really anything anymore.

When it comes to makeup, lipsticks are one of the most widely available in terms of brands, formulas, finishes, shades, and textures, but if you want a matte that won’t dry out your lips, a red that won’t budge, or a color you can kiss with and not get everywhere, Christian Dior’s Rouge Dior Forever Liquid Transfer Proof Lipstick is the only choice I recommend.
